the Company, organized the firm on November 15, 2001.

The
roles of each staff level are as follows:
Engagement Shareholder:
The engagement Shareholder has primary responsibility for the report being issued and will be responsible for all decisions made during the course of the services being provided. He must be satisfied that the engagement has been planned and conducted in accordance with firm and professional standards and that the report issued complies with these standards. He is also responsible for the successful completion of tax returns related to the engagement.
Account
Manager:
The manager has primary responsibility for planning the engagement, coordinating staff requirements, and reviewing all workpapers for compliance with firm and professional standards. The manager is responsible for communicating all significant issues arising from the engagement to the engagement shareholder. The manager is available at all times to assist the senior accountant with any problems or issues encountered on the engagement.
Senior
Accountant:
The senior accountant is responsible for the engagement being executed as planned by the manager. He directs and assists the junior accountant on the engagement. The senior accountant communicates all significant issues and any deviations from the engagement plan to the manager.
Staff
Accountant:
The junior accountant or associate is responsible for the performance of review tests and account analysis as directed by the senior accountant. This normally involves compiling and summarizing of transaction details into a format that can be readily analyzed by the senior accountant. Any decisions regarding propriety of transactions or other matters are delegated up to the senior accountant.
